Camp Rhino has helped me start a new journey in my life! At first, I was a little nervous for breaking my bad habits (eating whatever I wanted, drinking lots of alcohol, and actually exercising), but after using the food log to help me track what I was consuming, I became very aware of how much better I feel and how much more energy I have – and this is after only 6-weeks ! I can only imagine how good I’ll feel in the next few years of my life!
We wanted to create better habits for our health and our life. I can’t tell you how many times I heard Jenn’s voice telling me to just put on my shoes and show up. It sounds so easy, but change is not always a walk in the park. I am so grateful that we were surrounded by our Camp Rhino family.
I am so happy with the physical results from the 6-week challenge , but Camp Rhino helped us attain the bigger goal to change our lives. I can’t thank you enough! RHINO TOUGH inside and out!!
This challenge was so much more than I had expected it to be! I came into thinking it would be something fun, something to get me out of my comfort zone. But Camp Rhino is SO MUCH more than just a gym. The atmosphere is indescribable and the encouragement is unmatched. Everyone is excited to see you; they make it a point to get to know your name. The instruction by coaches is thorough, descriptive, helpful, challenging, yet so rewarding! I am feeling more myself than ever before with the help of getting my nutrition, health, and happiness dialed in.
It’s the kind of gym that when you finish that 6-week challenge , you find yourself wanting them to keep your check so that you can just keep coming back for another month and a half.
When Jenn told me about this challenge , I was a bit skeptical, but I feel better than I have in a long time and I have so much more energy and stamina. I did not realize eating “bad” took so much out of me. The workouts have been tough and I have been a regular exerciser for years. I can feel myself getting stronger and building endurance that I have never had with my prior workouts. This challenge is not easy, but is so worth doing.
The 6-week challenge is one of the best decisions that I have made so far this year! Before this challenge, my workout regimen consisted of cardio on the elliptical/treadmill and one 30-minute weight session per week. I was frustrated that I wasn’t losing any weight or seeing any changes under this plan. As soon as I started challenging myself with Bootcamp, Crossfit, and PiYo workouts, I noticed immediate changes, not just physically, but mentally as well. Challenging myself every day to do exercises that I had never done before was difficult and pushed me beyond my limit, but it made me feel so much stronger physically and mentally than I ever have before. I have completed workouts that I would never have thought possible, and succeeded!
