No. Our schedule is wide open to fit your needs. You must complete a minimum of 5 classes per week, using any time schedule that works for you.
No. Our challenge is about building positive and effective habits and behaviors, not about doing unhealthy things to lose x amount of weight in x amount of time. Having said this… our challengers who work hard in the gym AND in the kitchen often reach excellent weight loss and muscle gain goals during their 6 weeks with us.
No. Our nutrition plans are designed around eating the right type of foods for your body’s needs, NOT around deficit-eating and “diets”. When hormones, inflammation, stress, sleep, other medical concerns and proper activity are addressed, your body’s weight should regulate itself. We are NOT about short-term fixes. We are about lifelong health.
YES. And by all means, please do. Something ALWAYS comes up unexpectedly during a 6-week time period, so please get ahead so when things come up, you don’t end up behind schedule.
There is no catch. We LOVE our Rhino 6 Week Challengers and how addicted to fitness they become during their time with us! We keep the price low, because our #1 goal in business is to positively impact and affect lives. You do not have to join at the end, although many do. Sign up & show up! Our goal is for you to succeed. That’s it. No catch.
Our youngest allowed challenger would be 14 years of age. 14-15-year-old challengers would, however, have limited classes they are allowed to attend. 16 years and up have access to our entire schedule.
YES. The intro meeting is REQUIRED in order to sign up. They are two hours in length and will answer all of your questions.

Camp Rhino has helped me start a new journey in my life! At first, I was a little nervous for breaking my bad habits (eating whatever I wanted, drinking lots of alcohol, and actually exercising), but after using the food log to help me track what I was consuming, I became very aware of how much better I feel and how much more energy I have – and this is after only 6-weeks ! I can only imagine how good I’ll feel in the next few years of my life!
We wanted to create better habits for our health and our life. I can’t tell you how many times I heard Jenn’s voice telling me to just put on my shoes and show up. It sounds so easy, but change is not always a walk in the park. I am so grateful that we were surrounded by our Camp Rhino family.

This challenge was so much more than I had expected it to be! I came into thinking it would be something fun, something to get me out of my comfort zone. But Camp Rhino is SO MUCH more than just a gym. The atmosphere is indescribable and the encouragement is unmatched. Everyone is excited to see you; they make it a point to get to know your name. The instruction by coaches is thorough, descriptive, helpful, challenging, yet so rewarding! I am feeling more myself than ever before with the help of getting my nutrition, health, and happiness dialed in.
It’s the kind of gym that when you finish that 6-week challenge , you find yourself wanting them to keep your check so that you can just keep coming back for another month and a half.
When Jenn told me about this challenge , I was a bit skeptical, but I feel better than I have in a long time and I have so much more energy and stamina. I did not realize eating “bad” took so much out of me. The workouts have been tough and I have been a regular exerciser for years. I can feel myself getting stronger and building endurance that I have never had with my prior workouts. This challenge is not easy, but is so worth doing.
The 6-week challenge is one of the best decisions that I have made so far this year! Before this challenge, my workout regimen consisted of cardio on the elliptical/treadmill and one 30-minute weight session per week. I was frustrated that I wasn’t losing any weight or seeing any changes under this plan. As soon as I started challenging myself with Bootcamp, Crossfit, and PiYo workouts, I noticed immediate changes, not just physically, but mentally as well. Challenging myself every day to do exercises that I had never done before was difficult and pushed me beyond my limit, but it made me feel so much stronger physically and mentally than I ever have before. I have completed workouts that I would never have thought possible, and succeeded!
