About Coach

Growing up, sports were always a big part of my identity and who I was. Although I was always playing sports, I grew up overweight and at times I was borderline obese. As a senior in high school, I found my passion for working out as I lost 50 lbs and gained massive amounts of confidence. This has helped turn me into the person I am today and my goal is to share this passion for fitness with others to help shape their lives. My weight loss helped enhance my high school sports career as I went from riding the bench to being a first-team all-state outfielder on top of going to state twice for golf as well. The highlight of my sports career is not the success I found on the field, but rather the memories I made with my teammates along with the principles that were instilled in me during that time.

Turning Point

The turning point in my life and fitness journey was when I went to the doctor's office for a check-up and realized I was nearly obese when I was only 16 years old. Learning this made me feel ashamed and embarrassed of myself, so I decided to make a change. Along the way, I struggled immensely (especially at the start). Whether it was self-doubt, body dysmorphia, or a lack of knowledge, I felt as though I kept running into obstacles. After much research and commitment, I found what worked for me and my body and decided to stay consistent until I started getting the results I wanted. Once I made the decision that I would not stay unhappy with myself and my body for the rest of my life, I was willing to do whatever it took to become the man I wanted to be.

Motivation & Passion

My purpose for coaching is to help others who feel stuck for whatever reason as they try and better themselves and become who they want to be. I am passionate about serving anyone from athletes to stay-at-home moms to those struggling to start their journey as long as they are willing to work hard and commit to making life-changing results become a reality through consistent hard work and dedication. As long as you have the desire to better yourself and do what it takes, then I would love to work with you!
