Growing up I wasn’t as interested in performance as I am today. Entering high school I decided to try as many sports as possible. I played football, tennis, and track and even made it to state in my first year of wrestling. As I grew up I started getting bigger, faster, and stronger but even so I came to realize talent can never overcome preparation. I slowly came to understand the importance of training with intent, information, and a goal.
To provide people with proper knowledge of technique, goals, and safety. My drive comes from wanting to help people achieve their goals or to accomplish things they would have never thought possible.
