Virtual Workouts

Camp Rhino Boise’s virtual workouts are a fun way to get your fitness in at home. Whether you have equipment or not, these coach led classes will get you moving and improving your fitness! You will be taken through a warm up, workout and cool down. Our coaches emphasize form so you get the results you want in a safe and sustainable way. It’s like having a personal trainer in your living room. So get stronger and get sweaty with our amazing virtual coaches.

Rhino CrossFit II

Our CrossFit group classes are motivational, supportive, and most of all fun! Every class is led by a coach who will walk you through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and the workout of the day (the WOD). CrossFit group classes are great because you don’t have to figure out what you are going to do when you walk into the gym that day. We handle that for you! Each day is different, focusing on helping you to meet your goals. Movements are infinitely scalable, which means that we can modify any movement to your skill and fitness level. Can’t do a push-up? Don’t worry! We can help you find an appropriate movement to replace it. Not ready for pull-ups? That’s okay! We can replace that movement with something else. We are here to help you succeed!

Boot Camp Rhino

Do you want to tone up and get results while having fun? Our bootcamp classes are different every single day and are designed to shape your body while challenging you at your fitness level. All you have to do is show up and your coach will guide you every step of the way. They will modify any movements you can’t do, while teaching you how to progress towards your individual goals.

TRX

TRX is a class designed around suspension training where your hands or feet are in a sling throughout the entire workout. This creates intense core training and allows for tons of variability in fitness levels and modifications. Never tried TRX before? No worries – your coach is there to help you every step of the way!

Stretch

Every Rhino should be intentional about a consistent recovery routine in order to maintain muscle flexibility and prevent injury. Our coach-led online & on-site stretch class serves as a wonderful addition to this routine.

 

Obstacle Training

Are you training for an Obstacle Race? You may train on the obstacles any day of the week by scheduling a session with Brian, our Obstacle Specialist! We do not have open gym obstacle drop-ins due to insurance requirements. You must schedule with a coach in advance. But did you know that Saturdays are all about obstacles? Join us every Saturday for a skill class and practice obstacle course race from 11am-1pm! See our SCHEDULE for most recent class updates.
