I’ve always been somewhat into fitness off and on throughout my life. At one point I was extremely overweight and unhappy with my life decisions. My family has a history of heart disease. I was at a desk job where I sat around all day and most of my colleagues weren’t happy with their choices and most were unhealthy. I decided I didn’t want to end up in the same situation and got healthy and started coaching instead, and it’s been one of the best decisions I have ever made.
When I’m not coaching you can usually find me with my family: my wife and 2 amazing dogs, kids or my grandkids. I love hiking, bike riding, disc golfing, softball, or working on my yards at home.
