When I am your coach, you should expect high ENERGY. I am passionate about coaching and passionate about YOU! Every day you walk into the gym is a new opportunity to work on being the best version of yourself and I want to help push you to that level. I also want to see my athletes moving well though, so expect lots of feedback and form corrections. That, and all the high fives!

Growing up I was a ballet dancer, but after graduating high school I was a little lost on how to take care of myself- physically and emotionally. A few years later, my friend invited me to her power lifting gym and I was hooked after the first day. It was amazing to feel myself get stronger week by week and push to accomplish things I never thought I could do. When I found CrossFit, I fell even more in love with the gymnastics movements because they remind me so much of dance! 

When I’m not coaching, you can find me music making, dog snuggling, book reading, and the occasional outdoor adventuring. I’m an Idahoan native and I love all the local activities and hiking we have here. I also enjoy spending time with my hubby exploring new coffee shops and taking time to see friends and family.

I love dressing up to the nines because I live in gym clothes!
