Whatever your fitness goals may be, I would love to help you achieve them. I have been obese, I have been under a healthy weight, and I have been an athlete. With that being said, you are not alone on your journey at our gym! I (along with the rest of the staff) are fully prepared and equipped to assist you.
When I’m not coaching, I am training, spending time with my wife and dog, or spending time outdoors.
