I have been lifting and working out since high school! I used to spend hours in the weight room! I joined the Camp Rhino team 3 years ago after successfully completing a 6-week challenge. 

When I’m not coaching, you will ideally find me outside in the pine trees but more likely I’m driving around my 2 daughters or preparing a delicious meal!
