I believe a gym should be fun, safe and supportive. Not a single person should ever feel like s/he can’t walk into a gym to better themselves, and yet I know how that feels. As an athlete, I grew up fit, healthy and confident. After an auto accident changed my life, I became a person I could no longer recognize and searched for a gym family where I could feel safe while trying to regain my health. I was lucky to find the Camp Rhino in Las Vegas, and it became my new home. When we moved to Boise, we were able to bring this amazing gym with us and my life is blessed every single day because of the impact we have been able to make on so many lives.
When I’m not working in the gym, I’m working from home. When I’m not working from home you might find me hiking and enjoying the beautiful Boise greenery and water, reading, watching my Dallas Cowboys lose a game, or hanging out with my family: my husband, my daughter and my parents!

3 Random Facts about Me:
I have a true addiction to planners. I could go on one of those odd addiction shows. I also could spend HOURS in an office supply store. I’ve been known to stop by just to visit the post-it notes and pens.
I completed 21 Spartan Races while being over 300lbs. Most anyone can do a race; you just have to know your race doesn’t need to look like the persons next to you.
I love books. Real books – the spines lined up on bookshelves, colorful covers, the smell and sound of the pages… there isn’t much better.
