When being coached by me you should expect a tough workout, an upbeat attitude, correction of any incorrect form, and endless encouragement and motivation!
I always throw myself headlong all into anything I attempt. Fitness has been a productive outlet in my life. My professional and education backgrounds are in healthcare, so coaching was an easy segue.
When I’m not coaching, you can find me always living my best life! Usually on some kind of an adventure with my husband Trevor and son Sam, or relaxing at home with Trevor, Sam and our 3 dogs.

I own close to 100 pairs of shoes, most of them heels.
I am actually a giant nerd (I have a Pendleton Woolen Mills collectors’ edition Star Wars blanket… mounted on my bedroom wall).
My dad was in the military. We moved every 3 years or so until I was 15.
