𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀!
A potential client will come to me and tell me they tried “𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀” to reach their goals. They’ve tried biking, running, working with a trainer, lifting, yoga, extreme nutrition plans… ALL the things. Then it’s 2 months later and they don't see the results they want.
Here’s the thing – It’s not about the THING you do, as much as how committed you are to doing it. MOST fitness plans WILL work – if you commit to them and show up consistently. But you must show up for longer than a month or two to see the results you want.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼!
Our health is not a short-term goal or even “just” a long-term goal – rather it is lifetime effort. Being healthy adds so much value to our lives that it should always be one of our highest priorities.
Many people come to our gym wanting to lose weight. Problem is they will also often quit after a month or two if they don’t see the results they want. Then they think the “program didn’t work for them” or that “gym didn’t work for them” or that “type of workout didn’t work for them” when they really just needed more time behind the wheel.
Long story short – find a workout & nutrition plan that you love & is effective and sustainable for you.
