A potential client will come to me and tell me they tried โ€œ๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—Ÿ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด๐˜€โ€ to reach their goals. Theyโ€™ve tried biking, running, working with a trainer, lifting, yoga, extreme nutrition plansโ€ฆ ALL the things. Then itโ€™s 2 months later and they don't see the results they want.

Hereโ€™s the thing โ€“ Itโ€™s not about the THING you do, as much as how committed you are to doing it. MOST fitness plans WILL work โ€“ if you commit to them and show up consistently. But you must show up for longer than a month or two to see the results you want.

Our health is not a short-term goal or even โ€œjustโ€ a long-term goal โ€“ rather it is lifetime effort. Being healthy adds so much value to our lives that it should always be one of our highest priorities.

Many people come to our gym wanting to lose weight. Problem is they will also often quit after a month or two if they donโ€™t see the results they want. Then they think the โ€œprogram didnโ€™t work for themโ€ or that โ€œgym didnโ€™t work for themโ€ or that โ€œtype of workout didnโ€™t work for themโ€ when they really just needed more time behind the wheel.
